Shipping

We ship your order within Australia, Free of charge.

International orders will incur a standard charge of A$ 30.00

Once your payment is received, the goods are shipped within 48-72 hours. Please note that shipping within Australia may take 5 – 12 working days. However, in case of International Delivery it can take up to 10 – 21 working days. We use Air mail but during busy times it may take a little longer.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase however please note that Silk & Polyester fabrics have a beautiful sheen which makes them look slightly different (dark or bright) in different light sources. Although we try our best that colours on the images are as accurate as possible, there may be some variations depending on screen resolution or monitor settings for each individual computer. Also, silk yarns may have some missing and uneven texture. These are inherent characteristics of the fabric that make its style unique.

Nevertheless, if you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 2 days of receipt of goods  and we will gladly credit or refund your purchase amount less the Restocking Fee.

To initiate the process please contact us by email at  CustomerService@scarfavenue.com.au  and we will issue RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)  within 48 hours. DO NOT send the goods without RMA. Goods Returned without RMA will not be accepted for refund.

Please note that RMA once issued, is valid for 5 calendar days. We should receive the Tracking Number of the returning merchandise via email within this time.

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

The refund (less the restocking fee) will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the item at our warehouse.

Defective Merchandise

We have high quality standards and each piece is individually inspected before shipping. But in case of any defects found, you can return the product in its original packaging along with all the tags attached. Once we verify and validate the defect, we will initiate the refund process. The return shipping cost in this case, will also be refunded or credited to your account.

Please contact us by email at  CustomerService@scarfavenue.com.au  within 2 days of receipt of goods, and send the images of the defect/s. Once we validate the defect/s in the images, we will issue RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)  within 48 hours. DO NOT send the goods without RMA. Goods Returned without RMA will not be accepted for refund.

Please note that RMA once issued, is valid for 5 calendar days. We should receive the Tracking Number of the returning merchandise via email within this time.

The refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the item at our warehouse and the validation of the defect. We will refund the full amount plus the return shipping cost.

Please Note that in case we find that the defect is not as per the images sent earlier, we will Not refund the return shipping cost and will treat it as a Change of Mind Returns, this will attract the Restocking Fee as well.

Claiming Refunds

For Credit Card/Debit Card or PayPal Transactions:

We will provide a refund using your original mode of payment OR an agreed method with you within 48 hours of receipt of goods in our warehouse.

Restocking Fee: A$25.50 per item being returned.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided to us.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

No Returns applicable on Stock Clearance items Or During Flash Sale Events
